Dukan Diet Oat Bran Oatmeal Recipe
Since oat bran is eaten daily, sometimes it is hard to find ways to eat it with enjoyment. This oatmeal memory may not be your favorite, but it is a good staple and tastes like instant oatmeal!
- 2 tbsp oat bran
- 1/3 c skim milk
- 1 tsp sweetener
- 1/4 tsp vanilla abstract (optional)
Mix the oat bran and milk in a microwave safe bowl. Heat up in microwave for 45 seconds. Let sit for a minute, add sweetener and vanilla and stir. Place back in the microwave for another 45 seconds. Stir and enjoy!
